digital technologies, spoken word and contemporary dance to raise awareness of the mental health
issues faced by many young people.

performance lasting just over an hour. Performed by four skilled dancers within a wooden set, the
audience watches from outside, witnessing real-life experiences unfold in three short segments that
explore the stories shaping our lives.
SHED delves into themes of mental health, resonating with both young people and adults, especially
