A Box Office Manager oversees the ticket sales at a venue, supervising a team of Box Office Assistants with the support of our Theatre Manager. They work closely with the Theatre Manager in responding to the audience, answering customer queries in person and over the telephone or online regarding that particular performance.
Responsibilities of the Box Office includes:
- Crucial to the management of patrons is our dedicated Box Office.
- The box office team run the ticket sales for each performance that we hold or host, and coordinate season tickets. Most of the system is automated, though there is a small element of data entry.
6:30-7:45pm on show nights to ensure any ticket enquiries are dealt with on site.
Good with computers, though its a very simple system.
A people person and good with conflict resolution.
