Salford Angels

Named after one of Tony’s songs Salford Angel, Craig and Tony have been playing together on and off since 1995 and with Marc since 2010.
Tony wanted a band where each member takes lead vocals, after seeing Marty Stuart and The Fabulous Superlatives, who blew him away. They do original songs rooted in country/blues/rock/folk and pop with the odd rearranged cover and never fail to have a great time, making the best music possible, which is what they set out to do.

The Salford Angels are:

Tony Auton Guitar Vocals
Craig Fletcher Bass Vocals
Marc Isherwood Drums Vocals

Support – Project38 presents: Favourite Colours.

Project 38 are Jay Beard and Rachel Croft. For this event, they are collaborating with local musicians John Griffiths (Guitar), Matt Fahy (Bass) and Steve Massey (Drums). Together, they’ll be celebrating some great songs.
