Partington Theatre has been a part of Glossop’s rich history for almost 70 years. This year we are taking on the Heritage Weekend with the enthusiasm and gusto of our forebears had for the Victorian Weekend. Our planning for what promises to be a fabulous weekend for the town is underway.
We are bringing back the afternoon teas but with a difference. Our clubroom will be styled as Partington Mess Hall and Cafe and various themed performances will be happening in the theatre and Norfolk Square during the whole weekend.
The piece de resistance; a newly written, immersive extravaganza, taking place on the Saturday evening, encompassing the story of World War 2 in its entirety
